GENERAL
The Pilot In Command has the right to refuse any passenger that may not meet the operational requirements as a passenger IAW CASA Regulations Part 91.
All passengers must complete and sign our liability waiver.
Safe flight operations are based on varying conditions, weather, rain, fog, high winds, extreme heat, dust, smoke, mechanical issues, pilot availability, restricted airport operations. These are some of the situations that can suspended operations based on safety. The customer must be fully aware of these conditions. Your flight may be rescheduled at short notice to another date. Brisbane Biplanes take no responsibility for any travel or accommodation in case of cancelation due to a safety concern. If any flights are cancelled due to safety, we will reschedule the flight in consultation with the customer. If no date can be mutually agreed upon a refund for the flight will be issued.
MINIMUM AGE
We have no minimum age to fly in one of our aircraft. However, parent or legal guardian must accompany passengers under 18 years during the pre-flight briefing and to and from the aircraft. Please contact our staff for further information regarding such conditions.
SAFETY
Brisbane Biplanes has our and your safety as our main concern. All passengers and accompanying guests must follow directions from Staff and Pilots at all times whilst at the airport facilities and aircraft. All passengers must wear enclosed footwear. Cameras and Phones can be used by passengers but must ensure they are secured at all times. Brisbane Biplanes assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage to devices.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
Medical conditions do not necessarily preclude people from partaking in our flights however it is recommended that if you do have any concerns about medical conditions that you contact us for more information.
Passengers must be able to enter and exit the aircraft on their own and are required to be agile enough to climb onto the wing of the aircraft and into the cockpit.
VOUCHER VALIDITY
Gift Vouchers are valid for three years from date of purchase, subject to the following:
- Your flight must be booked and taken within 12 months of your voucher date.
- After this date, the value of your voucher will remain valid to use towards any flight on www.brisbanebiplanes.com.au until the expiry date.
- After 12 months, if the price of the flight has increased, an additional amount will need to be paid at the time of booking.
- If the flight is no longer available, the value of the voucher can be used on another flight.
- Gift vouchers can not be redeemed for cash, however they can be transferred to another name provided they are still within the validity period.
REFUNDS
Gift Certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash.
A refund will not be given for a “No Show”. All other refund requests are at the discretion of Brisbane Biplanes. Brisbane Biplanes takes no responsibility for payments made to external agencies. Refunds for purchases via third party websites, booking agents, travel agents or from other deals, must refer to the terms and conditions upon the purchase conditions with such companies from where the product was purchased.
CANCELLATIONS
Brisbane Biplanes reserves the right to cancel a flight or voucher, without refund, under the following circumstances:
– The passenger does not arrive at the premises, prior to the scheduled time (No Show).
– The passenger appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
– The pilot/ground crew considers the passenger is behaving in a manner that is offensive; or may behave in a manner that would jeopardies the safety of the flight.
– Cancelations made within 24 hours of departure may result in a voucher being forfeit.
Payments will appear on your statement as Scots Cropcair Aviation Pty Ltd.
